Enjoy an independent, relaxing holiday at Casa Tanja, in Playa Blanca, the sunniest region of Lanzarote. Casa Tanja (Bungalow No. 26c) is part of the Casas del Sol bungalow complex, featuring a heated, newly renovated pool, a small baby/children's pool, and tennis and boules courts. The house is located in a quiet area above the pool. The complex is just a 5-10 minute walk from sandy beaches and the beautiful promenade. Shops, restaurants, bars, a bus stop, doctors, pharmacies, and bicycle and car rental services are also within walking distance.

Airport transfers can be arranged if needed. Casa Tanja has two bedrooms, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a shower room, and a lovely terrace with a partial sea view.

Two sun loungers and a barbecue are also available. The first bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table.

The smaller bedroom features a bunk bed and a shelving unit. The bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer; towels and beach towels are included. Towels and bed linen are changed once a week, with a light cleaning of the house. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (Astra) and internet TV. Streaming-enabled Wi-Fi is available. The open-plan kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.

The washing machine is located behind a door on the terrace.

An iron and ironing board are also provided. Movable mosquito screens are fitted to the windows, and air conditioning with a heating function is available via coin operation. A cooler bag with ice packs is provided for taking drinks etc. to the beach. A safe is also available. For younger guests, a baby cot, high chair, and beach toys are provided. On the sunny south-facing terrace, with a beautiful view over the garden towards the sea, you can start your day with an outdoor breakfast, relax on the loungers, sunbathe, and enjoy lovely barbecue evenings. A small selection of card and dice games is available, as well as a Bluetooth speaker and an Amazon Alexa speaker. The advantage of this bungalow is its very quiet yet central location.

The beautiful 7 km long promenade "Paseo Maritimo" with its many restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as several beaches, is easily accessible.
