The holiday flat is located on the entire upper floor of the house. You enter the hallway via the staircase. There is a hallway wardrobe with mirror and shoe cupboard. The living room with the open-plan kitchen is furnished with a large corner sofa bed as an extra bed for two people, a small table, an armchair, a wooden wall unit with a TV and CD radio, as well as a dining table with four chairs and a bench. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a sink, cooker with 4 hotplates, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. From the living room you enter a bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses) and a wardrobe. The hallway leads to the bathroom with WC and bathtub and the second bedroom. This is furnished with a double bed (two single mattresses), a sofa bed and a wardrobe. From the living room you can reach the approx. 10 m² balcony with patio furniture. By arrangement with the other holiday flat, you are welcome to use the covered terrace on the grounds, with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, and the fire bowl. You can store any bicycles or canoes you bring with you. Parking spaces are available directly at the house.

Location: The holiday flat is located together with another holiday flat in the holiday home Villa Frieda, only 1000 m from the lake. It is in Möllen, a district of Krakow am See, in the middle of the nature of the Mecklenburg Lake District and the nature reserve "Krakower Obersee". The beautifully situated climatic health resort of Krakow am See is surrounded by beech, mixed and coniferous forests, through which romantic, well-signposted cycle and hiking trails meander. The Krakow Lake, which is rich in islands and bays, is characterised by the best water quality and invites you to swim, row, sail, surf and fish. In the surrounding area you will discover small village churches, old manor houses, barrows and burial mounds, a riding centre, golf courses, tennis courts and a swimming pool. Those who would like to experience even more nature will find the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heath in the immediate vicinity. On the approx. 8000 m² large, completely fenced, natural property of the holiday home, which runs into the adjoining forest, you will find plenty of space to play, relax and sunbathe. You and your children can collect wood for the fire bowl with a handcart. You will find shopping facilities, small shops, restaurants as well as sports and leisure activities in Krakow am See. The nearest towns are approx. 20 km away. In Güstrow you can visit the Barlach memorial, the Renaissance castle, the cathedral and many other art and cultural sites. Waren Müritz, the Baltic Sea or Berlin are also easy to reach from Krakow and worth a day trip.
