Neuastenberg is a quiet village in the middle of a natural environment.
The ski slopes and nice centre of Winterberg can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
This bright and cozy 6-person apartment on the top floor has an open entrance to the spacious living room with an open kitchen.
The living room with cozy sitting area gives you access to the spacious balcony.
From here you have a beautiful view.
In the open kitchen with dining area, you will want for nothing because it is equipped with all modern conveniences.
In total there are three bedrooms for two persons each.
There are two 2-person bedrooms downstairs which are equipped with luxurious box-spring beds and sufficient cupboard space.
The bedroom on the top floor is equipped with a double box-spring bed, a sitting area, a television and a bathroom en suite.
Both bathrooms in this apartment have a walk-in shower.
There is also a guest toilet and an extra storage room.
In this apartment you have access to a washing machine.
Our accommodations are not suitable for groups/clubs and bachelor parties.
In case of a noise complaint you may be denied access to the accommodation.
We charge a deposit of one hundred euros per person for groups of 6 or more.
If children are part of your group, no deposit will be charged.
