Our beautiful, well-kept restaurant with holiday flats is located directly in the village, but still quiet. Let us spoil you in our Zirbelstube, which is well worth seeing, or on the wonderful terrace with chestnut trees. Our kitchen team prepares Bavarian specialities and seasonally changing dishes.
Our friendly furnished flats are all equipped with balcony, kitchenette, cosy sitting area, shower/WC, TV and telephone.
Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. Firstly, the altitude, which ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage, das war praktisch. Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Es gab keinen Teppich, für Allergiker perfekt. Um kleine Anliegen z.B. defekte Glühbirne, wurde sich direkt gekümmert. 50% Preisnachlass im zugehörigen Restaurant. Es geb genügend Parkplätze. Am Ortsrand gelegen, trotzdem sind die Geschäfte schnell erreichbar. Kostenloser Eintritt in verschiedene Freibäder
Holidu hat die Beschreibung der Ausstattung für alle 5 Wohnungen allgemein gehalten. In den noch nicht renovierten Wohnungen gab es aber nicht alles, was in der Ausstattung steht. Wurde vom Vermieter aber direkt weitergegeben.
