The property is located in a strategic position in Giardini Naxos, a seaside area near Taormina, less than 10 minutes on foot from the beaches and about 15 minutes on foot from Schisò, a charming hamlet characterized by the Norman castle overlooking the bay and the archaeological park. . ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, fridge with freezer, small sofa, TV and access to the terrace; - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), moka, oven, microwave, kettle, moka and kitchenware; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and armchair; - BATHROOM with shower box (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY; - COVERED TERRACE with table and chairs. PLEASE NOTE: the common external courtyard of the building is used as a parking lot; however, the parking spaces are not assigned; consequently, there may be problems to park inside the complex during the high season.

There are paid parking lots (blue lines) about 150 meters from the building. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day.

All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law. For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30; EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00. Late check-ins are not available after 00:00. Near the accommodation, it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy.

The beaches are less than 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. Taormina is only a few km from the property.

In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must.

Furthermore, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto are unmissable destinations during your stay. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus.

Buses stop in Via Dalmazia, about 20 minutes on foot from the apartment.
