The finca with 4 flats is located above the small town of Icod de los Vinos - here you will find everything for your daily needs. The 4 available accommodations are furnished and designed according to different genres of music. The Classic flat is dominated by calm grey, gold and bronze tones.

From the finca, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Teide from your own terrace and unobstructed views of the coast and sea from the large communal terrace. The other relaxation areas on the property also offer these unique views, sometimes towards the volcano and sometimes towards the water.

You will feel most at home here if your priorities for a holiday are relaxation, hiking, biking, unwinding and socialising (with your fellow travellers or new acquaintances). The finca offers you the opportunity to spend your holiday alone or with other people. However, there are also areas where all guests can meet and linger at the same time.

The flat offers contemporary furnishings in the living/dining area with kitchenette, from lovingly refurbished furniture to the new sofa bed in the living room. From a flat-screen TV to a fridge with freezer compartment and Wi-Fi for guests.

Sleeping should not be neglected on holiday or (if intentionally too short then not) too uncomfortable. Our beds in the separate bedroom are equipped as standard with a set of blankets and pillows (warm blanket in the wardrobe). If the pillows are too big or small for you, or if you need a soft topper for the mattress, please contact us. We will find a solution and are prepared for a few more sleeping habits.

The private terrace and the relaxation areas - garden terraces - scattered around the property allow you to sunbathe or relax in the shade. Pool, Jacuzzi and sauna in the area of the large terrace "Bateria-Schlagzeug" give the opportunity after strenuous hikes or tours through the cities of the island, the tired bones to recover - talk to us about availability - as we have special requirements for cleanliness and hygiene, these offers are available on request and control by us.

During the day, guests can of course also like to spend on the large main terrace - there is the sun from about 12 clock and invites you to coffee, cake, loungers, reading with a view of the coast and sea.

In the evenings, we hope our guests enjoy meeting up with our friends in the "Barbacoa" just as much as we did during the renovation period - our barbecue hut simply invites you to linger, and the odd board game and a drink to go with it have already made for lively evenings here.

Getting to us is a bit of an adventure over the last few metres, but you can easily manage it with your hire car. The tranquillity and unique views are worth the few minutes' drive from the TF-5 to us.

A car park for 4 cars is available directly at the house free of charge.

We always want to prioritise sustainability and the conservation of resources at the finca. Even if you do not have to do without amenities, we ask our guests to pay attention to sensible water consumption and the use of organic detergents and dishwashing detergents - we have them available at cost price. The waste water from the house is treated and collected in a cistern so that it can be reused for watering the vegetable and ornamental plant areas.

Smoking is of course permitted on the private terraces and communal facilities (large terrace, sunbathing areas and in the barbecue hut) by arrangement with the other guests.
