Beautiful Villa Roble located in stunning surroundings approximately 10 minutes by car, from Comares, voted a magical village of Spain. Also within a few minutes walk to 2 excellent bars/restaurants. The villa has 3 bedrooms with a double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate up to 8 persons. There are 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. The outside space is perfect and has an excellent heated swimming pool , sunbeds, barbecue, and lots of terraces with amazing views. The villa also offers free wifi, aircon in 1 bedroom, living room and hallway and parking for up to 3 cars. In the living room, for the cooler months there is a pellet burner and an open fireplace. the heated swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 15All our villas are located in a wonderful natural environment and in quiet areas of the village. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is a few minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.Please note. The swimming pool is open all year. A car is essential at this villa to make the most of the beautiful area!.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is superb.

Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove.It is possible to rent the villa monthly from January to March.
