Due to the large increase in the cost of energy, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15kw per day, in case of exceeding it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, the amount of kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.

We remind you that the air conditioning usually cools the room immediately if all the openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it running if you are not at home.
