This spacious 40 m² studio benefits from all the necessary comfort for your stay as a couple! Arranged on one level, it offers you: a large living room with fitted kitchen, living room, lounge and a sleeping area with a 160 cm bed.
You will also have a shower room with wc.
From the studio you will enjoy a view of the magnificent garden, carefully landscaped and flowery throughout the year.
A private space with garden table and barbecue is set up on the ground.
The owners, living in the adjoining house, give you access to their garden and reserve a parking space for you near the cottage.
About ten kilometers from Vannes, Arradon has all the assets to allow you to have a pleasant stay: 15 km of coastal paths, beaches, boating, fishing on foot, cycling and hiking...
Sailing lovers there will also find their happiness. 400 m from the cottage, there is a small cove ideal for swimming at high tide! For a cruise on the Gulf with a stopover on the islands, the pier is 10 minutes away.

Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Les propriétaires n'ont rien négligé dans l'aménagement du gîte pour le confort de leurs hôtes. Ils sont chaleureux, sympathiques et de bons conseils. Le cocon fleuri d'Arradon est à recommander.

Très belle longère où nous nous sommes senties comme chez nous. À deux pas de l'océan et quelques minutes en voiture de toutes commodités et des lieux à voir. Le studio est très propre et très bien équipé. Evelyne et Joel sont adorables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
