In the commune of Montchâlons, we offer this charming 250 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to ten guests. It has a lovely living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, towels extra, we're waiting for you!
The house is ideally located in Montchâlons, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market, all within a 15-minute drive of the town of Laon.
The accommodation comprises
- a living room with a TV, a wood-burning stove (1st outbreak free of charge, additional wood at extra cost), a dining area and a pool table.
- a fully-equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- Landing: on the 1st floor with a TV.
- Bedroom 1: on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed (160 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: on the 1st floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3: on the 1st floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 4: on the 2nd floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and a cot.
- Bedroom 5: on the 2nd floor with three single beds.
- Bathroom: on the 1st floor with a bathtub.
- Shower room: on the 2nd floor with shower and WC.
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
By reserving this house, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay:
- a 120 m² enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue to make the most of the fine weather.
- outdoor public parking for two cars, opposite the house.

- L'ailette 18-hole golf course 10.1 km away (12 minutes by car).
- Reims 52 km away (42 minutes by car).

History buffs will be delighted with the medieval city of Laon with its museum and underground passages, the Chemin des Dames, the fortified churches of Thiérache, the museum of barbarian times at Marle...Reims and its Champagne vineyards 60 km away.
Nature lovers can explore the Samoussy and Vauclair forests and the Liesse marshes.
In Laon, there's a swimming pool and ice rink, as well as a superb wellness area with sauna and salt grotto. Bowling and Laser Game.
Water sports and beach activities are available at the AxoPlage lake.
Center Parcs is 20 minutes away by car.
Laon classical music festival in autumn and jazz'titud festival throughout the year.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public car park opposite the house.

- Nearest airport: Reims-Prunay airport, 63 km away (48 minutes by car).
- To hire a car: you can hire a car in Laon or at the airport.

- Towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Large and small towels available as an option at €5/person/stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Voldoende ruimte voor 10 personen ; 2 badkamers en toiletten aanwezig in woning.
Voldoende parkeerplaats aanwezig bij de woning.
Er staat een biljart in de woning , maar er was geen degelijke keu aanwezig.
Er is geen toilet beneden, wel op het eerste en tweede verdiep.
Er is maar een klein kookfornuis aanwezig met 4 vuurtjes wat het koken voor 10 personen wel wat moeilijker maakt.

Rien a dire sur le logement par contre la communication compliqué quand il y a une agence entre le propriétaire et le locataire.
recu une demande de dédommagement sans avoir recu de message ou d'appel avant. je ne pense revenir ici si l'agence fait encore l'intermédiaire malheureusement
