In the commune of Montchâlons, we offer this charming 250 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to ten guests.
It has a lovely living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, towels extra, we're waiting for you! The house is ideally located in Montchâlons, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market, all within a 15-minute drive of the town of Laon. The accommodation comprises - a living room with a TV, a wood-burning stove (1st outbreak free of charge, additional wood at extra cost), a dining area and a pool table. - a fully-equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - Landing: on the 1st floor with a TV. - Bedroom 1: on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed (160 x 190) and storage space. - Bedroom 2: on the 1st floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space. - Bedroom 3: on the 1st floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space. - Bedroom 4: on the 2nd floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and a cot. - Bedroom 5: on the 2nd floor with three single beds. - Bathroom: on the 1st floor with a bathtub. - Shower room: on the 2nd floor with shower and WC. - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron. By reserving this house, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay: - a 120 m² enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue to make the most of the fine weather. - outdoor public parking for two cars, opposite the house. Nearby: - 4 ponds in a wood 500 metres away - Laon 15.6 km away (20 minutes by car). - L'ailette 18-hole golf course 10.1 km away (12 minutes by car). - Reims 52 km away (42 minutes by car). - Thiérache 85 km away (1h28 by car). Activities : History buffs will be delighted with the medieval city of Laon with its museum and underground passages, the Chemin des Dames, the fortified churches of Thiérache, the museum of barbarian times at Marle...Reims and its Champagne vineyards 60 km away. Nature lovers can explore the Samoussy and Vauclair forests and the Liesse marshes. In Laon, there's a swimming pool and ice rink, as well as a superb wellness area with sauna and salt grotto.
Bowling and Laser Game. Water sports and beach activities are available at the AxoPlage lake. Center Parcs is 20 minutes away by car. Laon classical music festival in autumn and jazz'titud festival throughout the year. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public car park opposite the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Laon station, 17.9 km away (20 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Reims-Prunay airport, 63 km away (48 minutes by car). - To hire a car: you can hire a car in Laon or at the airport. La Pierre Blanche "Quelques travaux à prévoir concernant une ou 2 marches en haut de l'escalier qui sont fendues.
La maison présente un beau potentiel et un bel espace de vie.
