Terrazza su Polignano is a seafront third floor apartment, located in a building with a lift. It includes a portion of a panoramic terrace on the fourth floor entirely reserved for guests, and a private garage on the ground floor to comfortly park a car. The accommodation is located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare, about 100 m from the statue od Domenico Modugno, 200 m from Cala Paura beach and 450 m from the downtown and from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The house can accommodate up to 5 people and it is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi.

There is also a small closed veranda with table and chairs, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with double bed, one with two single beds that can be set up as a double bed if needed, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Upstairs there is a portion of fenced terrace, reserved for guests with a breathtaking view of the sea and the downtown of Polignano a Mare. The portion of the terrace reserved for guests includes a pergola, 2 sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, outdoor sitting area and outdoor shower.

The house has a private garage reserved for guests where comfortably park, very suitable for our guests with car, given the difficulty in finding parking in the city-center of Polignano a Mare.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 6 days.


Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am
