We are offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Dunkirk, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It measures 74 m² and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.
Fibre-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included (hotel standard) – we’re just waiting for you! The flat is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The flat is ideally situated in Dunkirk, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 32 m² living room with a TV, a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee machine, fridge, freezer, crockery and cutlery… - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), garden view. - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200), garden view. - A shower room. - Toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a cot, a high chair, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. By booking this flat, you’ll be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay: - A north-west-facing balcony to make the most of sunny days. Neighbourhood: Just a stone’s throw from the sea at Dunkerque-Malo, you’ll find yourself in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of activities all year round, within walking distance of numerous local shops: greengrocer, baker, chemist, restaurants… Activities: - Tourist attractions: Fort Louis Park, Téteghem Urban Nature Park… You can also visit Belgium, just a 15-minute drive away. - Cultural visits: The Port Museum at the Citadel Quay, as well as a tour of the ship, the Contemporary Art Museum, and the FRAC. - Sports activities: boat hire available, as well as water sports equipment (windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, beach running, sand yachting, etc.), several walking trails (Bray Dunes trail, Zuydcoote trail, Leffrinckoucke trail, Coudekerque-Branche trail, Graveline trail)... - In the morning: fish market near the market hall, walks in the dunes... - Nearby events: the Dunkirk Carnival, the wine and beer fair right opposite the Kursaal, the La Bonne Aventure festival, Het Lindeboom at Loon Plage, the Four Days of Dunkirk in May, the Citadelle en Bordée festival… Events: - Tour de France on 5 July (starting from Dunkirk) - La Bonne Aventure Festival on 25 and 26 June (risk of noise disturbance) Transport: - Free bus service in Dunkirk and the surrounding area. - Bicycles, taxis… - In summer, there’s a little train with a stop near the flat for exploring Dunkirk. - Dunkirk SNCF railway station is 3.3 km away (9 minutes by car). - Lille-Lesquin Airport is 91 km away (1 hour 5 minutes by car).
