We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Dunkerque, this charming flat with a surface of 74 m ² and being able to accommodate comfortably 6 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 nice bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Wifi fibre optic, sheets and towels included (hotel quality), we are waiting for you!
The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The flat is ideally located in Dunkerque, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
The flat is composed as follows:
- A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, freezer, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), garden view.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), garden view.
- A shower room with shower.
- WC.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
By booking this flat, you will be able to benefit from the following facilities during your stay:
- A north west facing balcony to enjoy the beautiful days.
Neighbourhood:
Just a stone's throw from the sea of Dunkerque - Malo, you will find yourself in a lively neighbourhood with many activities all year round, just a few steps from many local shops: greengrocer, baker, chemist, restaurants...
Activities :
- Tourist sites: Fort Louis Park, Téteghem urban nature park... You can also go to Belgium in 15 minutes by car.
- Cultural visits: Port museum, at the quay of the citadel as well as the visit of the boat, contemporary museum, and the FRAC.
- Sporting activities: possibility to rent a boat, sports equipment for the sea (windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, longe-côte, sand yachting, etc...), several hiking circuits (circuit of bray dunes, circuit of zuydcoote, of leffrinckoucke, and coudekerque branche, graveline)...
- In the morning, fish sales near the market hall, walks in the dune...
- Nearby events: Dunkerque Carnival, wine and beer fair in front of the kursaal, La Bonne Aventure festival, Het Lindeboom at loon plage, the 4 days of Dunkerque in May, festival la citadelle en bordée...

L'Escale Marine "Appartement confortable, très propre.
Le quartier est calme, il y a un arrêt de bus devant le logement.
L'emplacement est idéal, la plage de Malo les bains est à 5 minutes à pieds.

🙂 la situation du bien est idéal. les bus gratuit au pied du logement permettent de visiter la région. Beaucoup de restaurants et d'activité proche du logement.
