Ideally situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood close to all the local shops (bakery, mini-market, etc.), this accommodation offers quick access to Place Hoche, the historic Rue Sainte-Melaine and Thabor Park.
You can reach the city centre in 20 minutes on foot. Transport: - The nearest bus stop (Musset Cité U) is just a short walk away and will take you to the city centre in 15 minutes. - You can reach the railway station either by taking the C1 bus, which takes 35 minutes (the stop is less than a 10-minute walk from the “Guéhenno” accommodation), or by walking 20 minutes to the Sainte-Anne metro station, from where the journey takes 25 minutes. - You can reach the airport by taking the C1 bus and then changing to the 57 bus at the “La Criée” stop.
The journey takes 50 minutes. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘move-in-ready’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Bien situé
Il manque beaucoup de choses notamment : couverts à salade, cuillère en bois, 2 chaises,porte serviette et porte torchons, théière, grande casserole,bols.
Un couvercle sur une poubelle.
Peinture craquelée sur les murs poussière sur le radiateur de la salle de bien.propreté de la vaisselle laissant à désirer...
Odeurs de poubelles dans l'entrée de l'immeuble.

très bien situé. Appartement lumineux et calme.
Juste petit bémol, il manque un peu de quoi cuisiner (par ex gros faitout pour cuisson pâtes, spatules bois..) et pas très pratique pour prendre les repas à 4 (manque des petites chaises même pliante puisque la table est repliée elle aussi) Sinon parfait

Tres bel appartement, bien situé. Cependant, au niveau de la propreté quelques petites choses à revoir : on a eu une chasse d'eau non tirée, pas mal de cheveux dans le siphon de la douche ainsi qu'une vaisselle pas très propre surtout les verres
