Two-story apartment with magnificent views of the Great Port of Syracuse, a two-minute walk from Piazza Duomo, in the heart of Ortigia.
This bright apartment, located on the second floor accessible by stairs, has an entrance into a spacious living room with sea views, furnished with a glass coffee table, two armchairs, and two sofas from which to watch TV. In the same area, there is also a dining area with a double sofa bed and a large wardrobe.
The independent kitchen is well-equipped, complete with an oven and dishwasher, and also offers a second dining table and access to the balcony. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where you'll find a cozy corner ideal for remote work.
From here, you can access the bedroom, which features a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
A French door makes the bedroom very bright and allows access to a small terrace. Completing the apartment is a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor. Apartment was perfect for us. Big, clean and well-stocked. The location is excellent with fab views over the bay. We were there in March so quiet. Wonderful Italy were very efficient with good communications The rep who gave us the keys was very accommodating even though he had to hang around due to our delayed flight.

Absolutely breathtaking apartment with sea view on one side and very authentic roof view on the other side. Very characteristic vintage furniture items. Two bathrooms were really appreciated. My only improvement wish would be to have a coffee machine

Posizione e vista sul mare sono spettacolari, vicino ai luoghi più belli dell',isola.
Non abbiamo potuto cucinare in casa perché le pentole in dotazione erano vecchissime e poco curate. Mancavano bollitore , macchina del caffe, sale, olio... Piccole cose che rendono accogliente una casa
