This lovely studio, located on the ground floor, opens directly onto the spacious living area, which features a dining table and a kitchenette embellished with typical Sicilian majolica tiles and well equipped.

In the centre of the room, there is a spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine used as a sleeping area and furnished with a double bed and a small wardrobe.

Completing the flat is a bathroom with shower.

Among the protected assets is the Cathedral of Noto, the city's most important place of Catholic worship. Also in the city centre, don't miss the Palazzo Ducezio, a true gem of Baroque architecture that houses the famous Sala degli Specchi (Hall of Mirrors). Towards the coast is the natural oasis of Calamosche beach, declared 'Italy's most beautiful beach' in 2005 for its crystal-clear waters.


Noto railway station is about a 20-minute walk away while the airports of Comisio Pio La Torre and Catania Fontanarossa are 80 km and 90 km away respectively.
