Die Lage, nach vorn raus der Blick aufs Wattenmeer, nach hinten 300m bis zum Strand.
Die Küchenaustattung war ein wenig dürftig (3 Müslischälchen sind zu wenig), die Klinke der Gartenpforte defekt, die Leselampe im Kinderzimmer 1.OG defekt, die Spülenarmatur lose, das untere WC nicht belüftbar, etc.
