Holiday home located in the village of Piedra in Llanes, this recently built house has a capacity for 12 people in a total of 6 rooms, all of them with bathroom.

Distributed on two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and glass doors to the outside, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, toilet and two double bedrooms with double bed and bathroom and access to the outside. One of the rooms is equipped for people with reduced mobility.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the rest of the rooms are located. Two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of these rooms have access to the corridor.

The house is completed with a small plot of land for meals outside, enclosed by a stone wall.

Piedra is a small village in Llanes about 5km from the beaches of Niembro, Barro and Celorio. At 5 minutes by car we have Posada where we will find all the necessary services and the road to access to Picos de Europa in only 30 minutes.
