Continue through the property to the well-stocked kitchen, a charming space featuring cream cabinets with wooden preparation surfaces, along with a range of top-notch appliances that will please any budding chef.

Once the designated chef of the group has prepared a tasty meal, enjoy at the round dining table in the living/dining room, or take it outside to the front patio, where you can be surrounded by the breath-taking vista as you tuck into dinner.

As the day comes to an end, freshen up in one of the two fabulously fitted shower rooms, the first of which rests on the ground floor.

Cross the river to find the Coast Path Inner Froward Point, where you can embark on a hike past The Daymark and Brownstone Battery to the famed National Trust property of Coleton Fishacre.

For a relaxing day out, travel to Blackpool Sands, a Blue Flag beach with golden shores and access to The Venus Café & Bar, where you can enjoy sea view dining.
