So what are you looking for in your trip? Two National Parks embed the village; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen.
So besides strolling the beach, those are two great areas to walk or cycle.
Moreover, there's so much more you can do! For instance, mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf, and you can even get your PADI.
Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well? We also have a great race track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family.
They organize many activities and festivities, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix.
So maybe you want to get your race license? Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport, which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach. Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam beach" because it's close to Amsterdam.
