Enter the ground floor to find the kitchen/diner, here you can rustle up a tasty treat ready for a day of adventure, or sit together for a family-favourite meal, the good host of appliances at hand sure to be of assistance.
Also on the ground floor you will find a convenient shower room, where you can enjoy a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach, with an accompanying utility hosting both a washing machine and tumble dryer being on this floor too, wonderfully ideal for a week-long stay.
Move up to the first floor to be greeted by the stylish sitting room boasting a Juliet balcony so you can open up the doors and let the fresh coastal breeze fill the room as you enjoy a film on the Smart TV equipped with Sky. The family bathroom can be found on the first floor, offering plenty of preparation space to begin your day, as well as a triple bunk, while the further two bedrooms of both a king-size and a twin rest beneath the eaves of the second floor, each room providing an elegant interior and a lovely spot to rest your head.

4 Fishermans Cottage is a charming three-storey townhouse resting in the town of Whitstable in Kent. There are three bedrooms in the cottage, comprised of a triple bunk, a second-floor king-size and a second-floor twin, served by a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom, sleeping a total of six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility and a first-floor sitting room with a Juliet balcony. Externally the property has a private courtyard with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car and additional guest parking on prior arrangement. 4 Fishermans Wharf is a beautiful abode to base a family escape to Kent.

This is a lovely property and well located. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return in future. The only issue was the lack of cloakroom facilities on the top floor. It was necessary to descend the stairs during the night if needing the toilet which was not ideal and caution was necessary.

Very enjoyable late winter break in Whitstable when the town is a lot less busy than the warmer months. The cottage has lots to like but the layout is a bit irritating, meaning you're always going up and down stairs for showers, using the loo at night, making cups of tea etc. Apart from that, far more positives than negatives!
