The XERACSO III-IV complex is a seven-story building located directly on the dunes, at the southern end of Xeraco beach on Les Marines street, number 7.
In the vicinity, you will find all kinds of services, along with tranquility, low traffic, and guaranteed rest.
This is a second-floor apartment WITHOUT an elevator.
Everything is in perfect condition, with three bedrooms, one main bathroom, and an additional one in the hallway (both with bathtubs), a functional separate kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room with access to a large, cool east-facing terrace overlooking the sea, offering panoramic sea views, as well as views of the common areas and the pool.
A parking space is included.

GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years old) ARE NOT ALLOWED.
PETS ARE ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (7€/night).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom).
A bi-weekly change of bed linen is included.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours by requesting it in advance and having paid the deposit previously.
Departure and check-out from the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 AM.
Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver insurance for €28.
The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The entry slope to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshlands.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of undeveloped beach, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors due to its environmental and ecological significance, where birds nest and native plants are found.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea inlets, and rivers.
