Downstairs, you are welcomed into a spacious sitting room, with corner sofa, separate armchairs, tv and smart speaker. Leading on from this you enter the kitchen diner.
This flexible space offers the opportunity to entertain and unwind. Sliding patio doors open onto a sunny courtyard, perfect for relaxing after a day in the fresh air. An outside shower means you can clean the sand off your pet before going indoors.
