Be welcomed in through the front door to find yourself in the fabulous open-plan living space, stepping atop the high quality stone flooring fitted with underfloor heating. Pass the door to the handy cloakroom, home to a basin and WC, before exploring the exquisite grey kitchen, with pristine white worktops fitted above an excellent range of appliances, sure to inspire some tasty home-cooking, including a large electric range cooker and hob and a dishwasher. The dining area makes for a wonderful social space, seating up to six guests, you can come together and toast to your holiday over a delicious meal. Cosy up with your loved ones in the sitting area, illuminated by the large feature windows and boasting two plush grey sofas facing towards the sleek, flatscreen Smart TV and the unique, suspended woodburning stove, offering welcome warmth on a winter’s eve. Orchard Barn is a lovely barn conversion situated in Stone, Staffordshire. It has two bedrooms; one double and one bunk bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Off-road parking is available for one car. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Orchid Barn is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday.
