Orchard Barn is a lovely barn conversion situated in Stone, Staffordshire. It has two bedrooms; one double and one bunk bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Off-road parking is available for one car. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Orchard Barn is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday. Note: WiFi could be intermittent. Note: There is a key safe at the property. Note: NO STAG/HEN PARTIES OR SIMILAR. Note: This property only sleeps 6 people max. Please Note: Dogs only, no other pets will be accepted. Please Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150. Please note; This property only accepts week long bookings during August. The property was fantastic. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the log fire was well stocked. There was even prosecco and cupcakes left for us on arrival. Thanks again Rachael & co for a great stay :)

The property was spotless when we arrived and smelt incredible. The bedding smelt amazing the comfort shone through it all. There wasn’t an inch of dirt anywhere! there was everything that we needed. The hot tub was amazing to use and an amazing added extra. we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away and will definitely be returning. Thank you so much x
