Lower Fernlea is a spacious apartment with accommodation over two floors of a period town house, with off road parking for one car. Situated on the lower end of Devon Road within easy access of Courtenay Park, Salcombe town centre and its famous waterfront.
A flight of stairs leads up from the enviable parking area to the ground floor entrance into the stylish living accommodation. A cosy lounge area has a feature stone fireplace, two lovely sofas and a Smart TV with DVD player to sit and watch family films, or listen to your favourite songs on the CD/MP3 player. A small dining area is located in the lounge, with seating for four people, where you can see glimpses of the estuary and Batson Creek. A contemporary kitchen with an ideal breakfast bar is fitted with granite worktops. With an electric oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher, cooking in your self-catering home is a pleasure.

Great location with parking being a bonus had all the facilities we needed and overall the property deliver the good stay
Points to note, the property does need some updating such as cracked work surfaces in the kitchen, the upstairs bedroom door does not close due to the single bed and staying in January it was noticeably cold on the upper floor

Great location and well equipped accommodation. Only a couple of things, one of the cupboards in the kitchen was very loose, the front door stuck when you tried to open it and the bedroom upsides would not close due to the beds. All of which are fixable. Would definitely recommend the property.

A delightful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment close to town.
The only negative is Lino on the main bedroom floor! It’s really off putting and felt very 70s Butlins. The upstairs twin bedroom has carpet.
Most peculiar. Also the shower heads both could do with descaling or replacing.
Otherwise it was ideal. We had a lovely time.
