It is perfect for families.
The property opens to a living room complete with a TV with Sky and WiFi.
There is also an electric fire in the original fireplace for that authentic cottage feel.
There is also a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a cloakroom with a wash basin. It has one king-size bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a family bathroom.
There is no designated garden area, however opposite the property you will find Greencroft Park which has an enclosed children’s play area. Salisbury is a historic cathedral city.
There is a local pub and store only a short walk away.
For those looking for some culture, the city hosts an annual international arts festival in May. There is still plenty more to see, including Stonehenge and New Forest National Park.
Not forgetting the classic English Gothic Cathedral which is home to some of the best-preserved copies of the Magna Carta.
For shoppers, there is a thriving local market, including museums. Rojoy view is the ultimate vacation for families with young children.

Great location for pedestrians, everything within walking distance. Unfortunately parking in Zone E was very difficult (at times totally impossible). The only unexpected issue was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen which we eventually tracked down to rotten veg in the cupboard under the window seat so cleaning needs to be improved.

A comfortable and spacious property, with good amenities and solid & stable broadband/wifi (essential for a teenage daughter). Perfect location for bars, pubs, restaurants and local shops, and an ideal base for exploring the sights in and around Salisbury and beyond. We had no parking issues and spa...

The only issue we had was the parking. I realise that there's nothing that the owners can do about that. The property is a great base for exploring this beautiful place.
