Located right in the heart of Salisbury, 4 Holt Court is a superb property! We found it to be perfect for guests wishing to explore the attractions of this historic Cathedral city with a wealth of great places to eat and drink literally within a minute’s walk – it really could not be better placed.
All first and second floor, there are three bedrooms; one super king size double bed with TV and ensuite shower and WC. The other bedrooms are both twins. Set back from the street in a courtyard setting with its own designated parking space outside, the accommodation is presented to a really high standard.
The apartment, which is spacious for the city centre, is set on the first floor and is presented to a very high standard.
It is both stylish and unusual with bags of character including exposed brick walls, timber beams and a quirky, upstairs gallery.
The bedrooms are large and smart, with the kitchen and bathroom being similarly contemporary. We really like this apartment, it’s an excellent choice for a trip to Salisbury – and with parking incl. you can really relax and enjoy yourself.
Salisbury itself is full of historic shops and one of the largest markets within the UK. Walks can be had all around via the city trail. 4 Holt Court is available for couples or young families to come and explore Salisbury and the surrounding area.

Located in the heart of Salisbury, Brown Street Apartment is a brilliantly placed property in the middle of Salisbury and less than a mile away from places to eat and drink.
This property hosts three bedrooms, with the king size double having an ensuite shower room, WC and basin. The other is a twin with low beds and TV. Downstairs the open plan living area and sitting area are very spacious and stylish including exposed brick providing a quirky décor.
Parking is included for one car, as well as a travel cot, high chair and stairgate also included. The second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase to a sleeping gallery overlooking the living room. Exploring Salisbury could not be easier from Brown Street Apartment. We loved being so close to the centre of Salisbury.
Having guaranteed parking was a great benefit .
The whole thing was utterly no hassle in a quirky property in an exciting setting.
We are only sorry its not available in a fornight when we are back in Salisbury

Modern, clean, comfortable apartment and just a couple of minutes walk to city centre and restaurants/shops/etc. Allocated parking space was essential to us, so ideal. We have already booked a return trip.
