A charming detached cottage located on a working smallholding, close to the pretty village of Napton-on-the-Hill surrounded by unspoilt Warwickshire countryside.
Very well-furnished throughout, this cottage provides an ideal base for a romantic break with an abundance of activities close by.
Set predominantly over the ground floor with a vaulted beamed ceiling, this charming cottage has an open plan living area comprising of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a warming woodburning stove, ideal for those chilly evenings.
There is access to the rear garden from the living area, and completing the ground floor is a lovely double bedroom which has a wet room next door.
On the first floor there is a small mezzanine area overlooking the living area, complete with sofa bed and a restricted height doorway to a bathroom.
Doors from the living area lead out onto the side and rear gardens with a patio area, furniture and BBQ and a small lawn, ideal for relaxing at the end of a day exploring the area.
The thriving village of Napton-on-the-Hill has a selection of good pubs, an excellent store selling local produce, a Post Office and a marina with narrow boat hire.
Explore the small market town of Southam with all its amenities and transport links which connect the town with Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and nearby villages.

The cottage sleeps two people and has one ground floor double bedroom with shower room and a first floor bathroom. Also in the cottage are an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a mezzanine sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Situated in the heart of Warwickshire, Please note: The hot tub will be available from 1st April 2026. Owl Cottage is a lovely romantic base from which to explore this wonderful part of the country.

Loved this cottage. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Very clean and tidy, well equipped. Lovely card and box of chocolates on arrival.

Extremely clean, tidy has every think you need for your stay, garden is secure for your dog/s , excellent walks and views on your doorstep. all ready tried to book again for feb but dates unavailable- GUTTED. My only comment as didn't want the dogs to go upstairs would have preferred a settee than 2 chairs down stairs. I will go back when we can many thanks

Stayed for a week, cottage well equipped, although some extra bedding would have came in handy as was very cold and wet but plenty heaters to pop on. Was wet and muddy for dog so summer would probably be better option if we were to rebook, however shower room ideal for washing them down. Our only gr...
