The Granary is a lovely single-storey cottage in the grounds of Swallow Hall Golf Club, just outside York. With two bedrooms, a double and a twin, it sleeps four people comfortably. The cottage also has a bathroom, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area. Outside, there is free use of a tennis court, and subsidised golf, as well as ample parking. The Granary is only a short drive from York, and makes a great base for touring the area. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

The hygiene and cleanliness in this property is exceptional. We find people often put this, then when we arrive it is far from clean. This property was spotless. Even the fridge, oven, cutlery draw & shower were spotless. We slept in the single beds which were comfortable. The t.v. is huge and lovel...
