Great location facilities and size especially for families or groups as can make use of two separate bathrooms. Plenty of room. Also room outside for storing equipment bikes etc.

Maintenance: Cupboard door hanging off in the kitchen, Bathroom floor and bath surround in need of repair. Listing: Cannot really class the back garden as lawn, definitely in need of attention. Comfort: There were too many 'trip' hazards particularly in the main bedroom, which I was unable to use after breaking my toe on the sofa. A shame as location was ideal.
