This beautiful converted stable is located next to the owners working arable and livestock farm in rolling countryside, a mile from the Borders village of Chirnside.
If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful break for just the two of you, miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then look no further.
Enter the cottage into the spacious, open plan living area which boasts a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for rustling up a countryside gourmet dinner, which you can then enjoy at the dining table.
Afterwards simply kick off your shoes and curl up on the two sumptuous sofas to relax and enjoy your evening.
On warmer days, from the living area you can go straight out onto the patio, a lovely spot for breakfast or for alfresco dinners.

Absolutely faultless. What a beautiful cottage, very clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, enclosed garden for the dog. Everything was perfect, we had a great stay, Sue was lovely, very accommodating and available if needed. We will definitely stay again. Thoroughly recommend this cottage.

Excellent as always, our 5th visit. Sue and Steve are a lovely couple and The Garden House is a home from home, always comfortable, clean, warm etc and the goodies are very appreciated. We've had a lovely week, thank you, and no doubt will be back.
