Situated in the atmospheric and quirky area of Fishertown, this charming semi-detached stone cottage is ideally situated within easy walking distance of both a sandy beach and local services. Nicely presented throughout with lots of space this cottage is ideal for a family group or group of friends who want to spend time together in this very popular coastal area of the Highlands. With roses growing around the front door the cottage has two lovely bedrooms,
a king-size double bedroom on the first floor which leads to a single room. The spacious sitting/dining room has a welcoming wood burning stove, whilst both the kitchen and bathroom are smartly designed and modern. The garden to the front has an array of pretty plants and bushes making it a fabulous place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a quiet read. Just a minute or two from the front door and you can be on Nairn's famous golden sandy beach which stretches for miles. Nairn has much to offer visitors and the location of the town on the Moray Firth coast means that visitors can venture along the coastal route visiting the many pretty villages along the way and perhaps include a boat trip out onto the clear blue waters for a spot of dolphin watching. Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield and even the Malt Whisky Trail are all in close proximity and this lovely cottage will certainly ensure a wonderful holiday. EPC Rating: Band D
