Home Farm House is a delightful 18th century cottage in the heart of the Kent countryside. This lovely Marshside cottage, near Herne Bay, can sleep five people and has a king-size double bedroom, a family room with an en-suite basin and WC, a ground floor bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburner and a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, lockable cycle storage, a lawned rear garden with rural views and an enclosed, courtyard garden with patio and furniture. Home Farm House is a wonderful holiday base.
Note: Two well-behaved dog welcome.

Charming cottage, secure location with parking.

Overall brilliant stay- our second. We have also booked 2 more stays for next year as the cottage and location tick all our boxes for us and our fur baby. Welcome pack very thoughtful and looking forward to our next stay in June.

We had a lovely stay at brew cottage, the location is really quiet. The house had lots of board games to play which kept my nieces entertained and just a short drive from Herne Bay where they loved the arcades.
The enclosed gardens were great for my dog and he loved running around.
