Bolton Barn is a charming, detached, stone barn conversion situated on the outskirts of Lenham Heath near Ashford. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom, and there's also one bathroom. There is also a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner-style electric stove and French doors leading outside. To the rear, there is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture, and there is also off road parking for one car. Bolton Barn is a wonderful base for couples escaping everyday life and looking to explore Kent and the South of England. Note: This property does not have an Electric Car charge facility, the nearest charge point is within 3 miles at the local garage.

I booked this some 18 months in advance. Owners Sally & Craig had put their farm up for sale and stopped taking bookings last winter. I didn't find this out till part way through my holiday so was delighted I was allowed to stay. They were lovely and Bartolo and I had a splendid time enhanced by splendid weather.

Bolton barn was very comfortable and perfect for our dog as it was on one level. it was clean and very well equipped.
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
It is ideally situated for exploring some of Kent's National Trust properties and more.

Lovely cottage in rural Kent. Spotless, cosy and all necessary equipment. Central in the county so relatively easy to reach all of the key attractions. Faversham and Canterbury were well worth a visit. Also the Spitfire museum at Manston. Nice walk at Pegwell Bay including the old Hoverport. Also an interesting walk at Oare Gunpowder Works (near Faversham).
