Joan was a very friendly accommodating host helping us to find some treasures in Dorset we might have missed. The cottage was warm and cosy sitting in a beautiful rural location. We enjoyed lovely walks around the area with our dog. The shared spacious garden was great too. Overall a great spot to discover Dorest.

Great location for all of Dorsets beach resorts and for local walks by the river Frome.
Front door definitely needs some attention as it's warped with age and needs a good shove when locking.
Lack of privacy upstairs as main bedroom is open plan.
Garden was great for dogs.

A well-appointed cottage in a beautiful peaceful location with plenty of walks from the doorstep, yet only 20 minutes from local attractions and the Jurassic coast. Owner lives next door and was happy to offer advice/help but left you to yourself if preferred. Could not fault anything.
