The villa consists of three rooms with independent bathrooms for a total of 8 beds, kitchen, living room and small terrace.


The villa has a fully equipped kitchen (5 gas rings), oven, kettle, espresso and American coffee machine, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and LCD TV in all rooms, WI-FI connection.

Room 1
Beautiful double room that on request can become a twin with single beds, equipped with an independent bathroom.

In addition to the wardrobe the room is equipped with a comfortable desk, air conditioning and LCD TV.

The window-balcony, crossing the stairs, gives access to the terrace of the house.

Room 2
A spacious and comfortable triple room with a double bed (which can also be separated on request) and a single bed is elegantly furnished with a wardrobe and an elegant desk. It is complete with LCD TV, air conditioning and a small but functional independent bathroom.

Room 3

Luminous and panoramic is a comfortable double room with independent bathroom. For eventualities it is prepared for the addition of a bed.

Air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe, writing desk and fireplace (decorative) make up the furnishings and equipment.
