Welcome to your dream getaway in the beautiful Arán Valley! This stunning mountain house, located in Casarilh, in the heart of the Pyrenees, is the ideal place for an unforgettable vacation with family and friends.
Casa Salient is a magnificent detached house situated in the village of Casarilh, 12 km from Baqueira, and a 10-minute drive from the Baqueira Beret Ski Resort, and just 5 minutes from the center of Vielha.
It is the ideal place to enjoy with family, as it has a capacity for 16 people with living rooms and a garden. Casa Salient is a 270 m² property spread over four floors and a basement garage.
From the main door, you access the entrance hall, where there is a coat rack.
Next, there is a full bathroom with a shower, which also houses the washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, you will enjoy a comfortable living room with sofas and a fireplace in front for warmth.
It has an extendable dining table for up to 12 people.
This entire area is filled with natural light thanks to a terrace overlooking the garden.
The kitchen area is next to the dining room and is fully equipped. Going up from the entrance, we have a second floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the same floor, there are two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bunk bed plus a single bed. The bathroom serving these two bedrooms is full and has a bathtub. Continuing up is the third floor where you will find a living room with sofas and a huge cinema-style TV. Then there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds; both share a full bathroom with a glass screen. On the top floor, there are 2 double sofa beds, each 150 cm, and an additional single bed. On the -1 floor, you will find the parking area and the ski storage room. In addition to its indoor and outdoor amenities, this house is conveniently located near a variety of outdoor activities, from hiking and cycling to skiing and snowboarding in winter.
It is also close to charming local villages and restaurants, where you can enjoy the delicious regional cuisine.
