The chalet was recently renovated and consists of two independent flats. It offers a stay under the banner of nature, comfort and modernity, in full respect of the environment. It is located in Chies d'Alpago, an area dotted with interesting villages, surrounded by the Belluno Pre-Alps. The chalet is nestled beneath Mount Messer and has a breathtaking view of Lake Santa Croce. A luxury jewel in the unspoilt embrace of the Alpago's greenery, between the Dolomites and the Venice lagoon.
"Casera Cal de Mez - Sot" (equipped with automatic air exchange) measures 85sqm and consists of a spacious and panoramic living area. The kitchen is superbly equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The dining area has a large table for convivial lunches and dinners. The living area has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed if required. A smart TV and wi-fi connection are available. The exposed beams and the skilful use of wood and light enhance the guest's experience.
The sleeping area with a panoramic view creates the atmosphere for unforgettable moments. The room is equipped with a luxurious double bed, an armchair that can be used as a single bed, and a wellness area with a Jacuzzi whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and large shower with waterfall, nebulisers and infrared rays. The air conditioning with eco-friendly heat pump makes the chalet even more comfortable to live in.
To complete the offer the accommodation has an extended terrace with solarium and independent barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining. Shared with the other property is the possibility of using the laundry area and the outdoor car park. Excellent location for biking and hiking trails.
