Information about the host
The bungalow is situated in a quiet location with no through traffic in the upper part of the "Villagio di Sunclass" complex with far-reaching views over Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Villagio di Sunclass is part of the resort of Tignale, which consists of a group of six villages. Situated on a plateau on the western side of Lake Garda, you will find plenty of peace and unspoilt nature with ideal conditions for hiking, cycling and relaxing. A free shuttle bus with the Tignale Card connects Tignale with the Lake Garda beach and nearby Gargnano every day. The main town of Gardano with shopping facilities, restaurants and cultural events is around 2 kilometres away. A German-speaking administration, just 300 metres from our bungalow, takes care of all your needs. There is also a large pool here, which is open to bungalow guests free of charge from mid-May to mid-September and is heated at the start of the season. In addition to a large swimmer's pool, there is an adjoining shallow children's pool with a slide. There is also a separate paddling pool for very young holiday guests. Next to the pool is a children's playground and a lawn for ball games, two table tennis tables, table football and outdoor chess complete the leisure facilities. A kiosk provides refreshments.

Conditions/Extras
A deposit of 50 per cent of the holiday price is due up to 6 weeks before arrival, the remaining amount up to 14 days before arrival. Payment is made by bank transfer in advance after invoicing. Free cancellations are possible up to 6 weeks before arrival.

Description of the unit
The bungalow has two bedrooms. The first bedroom can accommodate up to three people in a bunk bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. Clothes and holiday luggage can be easily stored in a separate room. On cool evenings in the early or late season, a pellet stove in the living room provides cosy warmth. The bathroom is furnished with light-coloured tiles and a modern glass shower wall and is located in the centre of the bungalow. The kitchenette is well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and egg boiler. There is also a barbecue. Fresh bread rolls are available daily for breakfast from the kiosk by the pool of the complex if ordered in advance. A large terrace offers space for barbecues and for children to play. On the second terrace in front of the bungalow, you can enjoy the view over Tignale and Lake Garda from the deckchairs. The bungalow can be opened wide on both sides with large sliding doors. The living area has a pull-out sofa bed and Smart TV. A private WLAN network is available free of charge. There is a car park below the bungalow. The bungalow is slightly elevated and can be reached from the car park via a few steps and a stone staircase. The first hiking trails start just 50 metres from the house. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen and towels.

Conditions/Extras
Arrival from 4 pm. Pool can be used earlier on the day of arrival. Departure until 10 am. (Guests will receive a separate information sheet on arrival, departure, reception service etc. after booking). The keys are handed over personally depending on the time of arrival, for arrivals later than 6 pm via key safe. Pets are allowed (10 euros per night, charged separately). Catering offers: Bread rolls can be pre-ordered from the kiosk by the pool. A tourist tax of EUR 1.70 per person (aged 14 and over) per night is charged separately. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Two coin-operated washing machines and a tumble dryer are available 24 hours a day in the administration building, just 300 metres away. Use of the pool in the complex from mid-May to mid-September is included and you can obtain the Tignale Card from the administration. This includes free use of the shuttle bus to the Tignale harbour on the lake, free entry to the Pra dela Fam lemon greenhouse and free entry to the outdoor pool in Prabione. There are also numerous discounts, e.g. on guided hikes, canyoning tours, SUP and kayak tours, for the bouncy castles in Gardola and much more.
