Spacious apartment that accommodates two people in 65sqm, being equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay, including a balcony and a furnished terrace of 14sqm in which to enjoy moments of relaxation.
The flat is located in a quiet area well equipped with essential services, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Lecce and near the road with connections to both the Ionian and Adriatic beaches, such as Otranto and Torre dell'Orso and S. Maria di Leuca.
Parking space included! The apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building with elevator, which reaches only the sixth floor: you must climb a flight of stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - Living room equipped with sofa, split AC and TV - Bedroom with double bed, open wardrobe and split AC - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - 4 sqm balcony - 14 sqm terrace equipped with table and two sofas. Available parking space assigned inside the condominium gate. Additional services are available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law. The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in. After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements: - From 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm - Euro 25.00 - From 11:00 pm to 12:00 am - Euro 30.00 - From 12:00 am to 1:30 am - Euro 40.00 Lecce is mainly a Baroque city.

Appartamento carino, luminoso e ben esposto. Ampio, fornito di tutto il necessario e dotato di ogni confort. Parcheggio comodissimo in quanto personale e riservato. Unica pecca: ascensore si ferma al sesto piano, appartamento è al settimo!
