This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, on the 2nd floor with elevator and two cars with its own garage and private parking space outside The first bedroom has a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size), the second of 2 beds forming a bed of 160x200 cm (King Size) and finally the living room of a sofa bed for two people.
You can enjoy the terrace of the apartment after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, very high speed wifi (fiber connection), and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay: - Nespresso coffee machine, - squeegeer - dishwasher - Board games; - umbrella bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a washing machine and the toilet are separated.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 15 min walk away.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ To park during the stay, a closed garage in the basement + a condominium parking with barrier is located at the back of the building. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from € 9.90 / person/ day.

Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be requested.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

So had to rush to grocery store upon reaching the apartment..
Rest everything was perfect from bed n linen to furniture to cleanliness everything was nice.

Appartement très bien aménagé (2 chambres et grand salon), belle terrasse appréciable en tout temps, fonctionnel avec place de parking et très bien situé (5 min à pied du centre et max 15 min du lac)
