The apartment is located in the residential centre of Annecy, a 5-minute walk from the old town and the SNCF train station and a 15-minute walk from the lake.
Pets are welcome.
Air conditioning is only in the living room.
This apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and a large wardrobe.
It is on the 2nd floor with elevator.
The living room opens onto the balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay. (sheets & towels)
Wifi Broadband available at the apartment.
Important: the apartment is non-smoking.
Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for people with mobility.
🅿️The nearest car park is the Mandallaz car park located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
The apartment is located on Avenue du Rhône, an avenue frequented during the day but whose location makes it easier to walk throughout your stay.
Many restaurants and shops can be reached on foot; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a beautiful bike path runs around the lake)
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
