Located 20m from the water on the banks of the Avenue d'Albigny, the Le Panoramique apartment is ideal for your stay in Annecy.
The apartment is ideal for a couple, it can accommodate 2 people.

The room has a bed 140 x 200 cm (Double) and offers stunning views of the lake.
The living room with TV and stereo opens onto an equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is on the 1st floor with elevator. 🅿️ Street parking is chargeable from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily except Sundays and public holidays 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake) Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

The apartment is well located with a great view on the lake and close enough to the centre to walk. The furniture is dated but has a nice charm and the apartment is spacious. Some amenities and general service were slightly lacking.

Great location, right next to the Lake with a nice swimming area.
Apartment was clean and tidy.
Balcony was good at night to sit and look at the lake.

Generally ok, but a fan would be useful in the hot weather.

The bedroom and living room were spacious. The view was very good. It was a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants and shops.
Negative:
The kitchen was small and not well equipped for cooking meals . The microwave was under the counter and difficult to reach.
