The solarium is a common space to enjoy the sun, the view of the lake and the mountains and the city of Annecy. This is an exceptional point of view!

To enjoy this superb view you will have to respect some rules
It is forbidden to bring food or drinks, make noise, games are not allowed... This is a common space that should be shared with others.


Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.

The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.

After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.


If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
