Our house offers 5 cosy bedrooms, all with plenty of storage space for optimum comfort.

The house has 2 functional and comfortable bathrooms

* One with a bathtub for relaxing moments.

* The other with a shower.


And a fully equipped kitchen for gourmet moments:

Oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle.


Our house is also a paradise for young and old with a beautiful 10m by 5m swimming pool and a games room!


Nearby, a multitude of activities are available to you, whatever your desires
The Semnoz ski slopes are accessible in just 20 minutes. You can also use the many cycle paths to explore Annecy and its lake by bike, or enjoy beautiful walks and hikes on the picturesque trails of Annecy and the surrounding area.


⚠️ Unless otherwise stated: in France, the bathroom consists of a shower or bath, and the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.



La Conciergerie du Lac will be delighted to welcome you for your stay in Annecy. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm until 9pm.

After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be charged.


If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed with you on the day.

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.


Linen & towels will be provided for your arrival.
