- Fully equipped open kitchen: dining table for 4, fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave oven, crockery and cutlery.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and closet.
- Mezzanine open onto the living room with two armchairs convertible into a double bed, desk, closet and sports equipment.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.
- Separate WC.
Exterior:
- Terrace not overlooked with a garden sofa, two armchairs and an outdoor coffee table.
