**Host Information** Within walking distance of the famous Weltenburg Monastery, our holiday home "Andadoana," built from natural materials and lovingly furnished, is located directly "on the Danube." The ground floor houses the kitchen, dining area, and a toilet.

The upper floor features the living area, a small bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a half-height double bed.

The open attic offers space for three beds (two single beds and one 1.40m wide bed) with storage options.

Wonderful views of the Danube and the greenery can be enjoyed from all three floors. During the summer months, the covered outdoor area on the ground floor and the roof terrace on the upper floor invite you to spend time outdoors in almost any weather.

Sun loungers and barbecue facilities are available.

The holiday home is a cozy accommodation even in winter, thanks to its sunny, wind-protected location, good insulation, central heating with underfloor heating on all floors, and the romantic wood-burning stove in the living area.

The house is regularly used by the owners themselves and is continuously and lovingly enhanced.

Please supervise small children closely due to the wooden stairs and the loft bed inside, and the partially uneven, predominantly natural outdoor facilities. Due to the special location of the cottage, there are numerous opportunities to spend your vacation days.

The Danube breakthrough with Weltenburg Monastery, the natural monument Weltenburg Gorge, and the Altmühltal valley are in the immediate vicinity.

Active vacationers will get their money's worth with numerous hiking and cycling trails, as will anglers, climbers, or canoeists.

Interesting cities such as Regensburg (33 km), Munich (110 km), Nuremberg (124 km), or Landshut (56 km) are suitable for day trips. The cottage is situated on a wooded steep slope, oriented to the southwest, with a view of the Danube.

In the immediate vicinity of the house, you can enjoy your vacation with walks in nature and by the water.

On the opposite side of the Danube, during low water levels, there is a gravel bank that invites you for a beach stay, accessible from the end of March to the beginning of November via the Danube ferry (within walking distance, 200m away).

In the mornings and evenings, you will enjoy absolute peace and quiet, accompanied only by nature sounds and the constant murmur of the Danube. **Conditions/Extras** A deposit of 50% may be charged after booking.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost.

Cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. **Unit Description** The house has a total living area of approximately 70 sqm, a covered outdoor area on the ground floor with barbecue facilities, and a spacious roof terrace on the upper floor with views of the forest, rocks, Danube, and wonderful sunsets.

The ground floor comprises the kitchen-dining area and a toilet.

The upper floor houses the living area, the bathroom with a shower, and a small sleeping alcove with a double bed.

The open attic provides three single beds with storage options.

The kitchen is equipped with: gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, high chair. **Conditions/Extras** Payment is made in cash.

Arrival from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Departure by 11 AM.

Key handover is done in person on-site.

Pets are allowed upon request (5 EUR per pet/night).
