The alpine hut faces south, and its hillside location provides many hours of sunshine, as well as an unobstructed view of the local mountain "Falkertspitz" and the surrounding peaks, all the way to the Karawanken.

Additional Costs: Electricity consumption (€0.45/kWh, or potentially higher depending on current electricity prices) / for using the 11 kWh charging station for e-cars, wallbox: €0.50/kWh on total electricity consumption, and the laundry package (€15.00/person/set) must be paid in cash to the property management upon departure, as well as the cleaning fee for pets (€35.00)! Subject to change! A travel cot and high chair are available in the house. Minimum stay: 4 days. Arrival by car and parking: The Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge region is excellently connected to the international motorway network.

Es war alles perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die Lage waren hervorragend. Der Service vor Ort mit Josef war sehr gut. Die vorbereitenden kommunikativen Maßnahmen mit Frau Baar waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Unterkunft ist mit fünf Sternen zu bewerten und jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, es war alles vorhanden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einzigster Abzugspunkt war der sehr laut knarzende Fußboden bei so vielen Leuten aber auch hierüber konnte man hinwegsehen, da das Haus so super gemütlich war. Die Lage zur Heidialm war perfekt, die Lage zum Supermarkt ode...
