The ideal spot for anyone who is passionate about water! Your apartment is spacious (60m2 living), bright and completely private on the first floor.
You will have 1 bedroom with comfortable boxsprings and a 40m2 open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
The sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 2.

This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake and the city centre of Leiden.
The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cosy little restaurants on the water.
The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities.
The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the centre of Warmond.
The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort.
You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.
This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach.
Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leden, Delft and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car! Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone.
Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region.
While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic. ## Transit You will be able to explore Warmond and its surroundings on foot or by using the public buses.

Dat het erg huiselijk is schoon en een mooi uitzicht over de jachthaven super verblijf.
Was gewoon goed alleen dat 020 nummer was buiten bereik

Wir waren mit Baby unterwegs. Die Wohnung ist geräumig genug für Kinderwagen, Reisebett usw. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten bequem und der Ausblick war toll! Innerhalb von 20 Min. ist man am Strand in Katwijk, 10 min zum Shoppen in Leiden und ein paar Gehminuten zum nächsten See mit Bademöglichkeit. Für uns die perfekte Lage. Die Flugzeug- und Zuggeräusche haben uns nicht gestört.
Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Ein großes Schneidebrett und Müllbeutel haben uns z.B. gefehlt.
Es war alles sehr schön und die Wohnung gut zu erreichen. Super war, dass ein Parkplatz direkt da...
