â Discover our one bedroom apartment of 40m² with garden located Rue Henri Revoy in Saint-Martin-d'Hères. đ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **â Your accommodation :** đ˘ This nice accommodation consists of : - a nice living room, - a fully equipped kitchen, - of a room, - a bathroom renovated at the end of 2017 with shower and WC - a large garden (shared for 2 apartments). đ The flat has two sleeping areas: a bedroom with double bed and a convertible sofa bed in the living room.
Spend your nights in peace and quiet thanks to the shutters. â Travel in complete comfort thanks to the facilities in the flat, such as a television, free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsule not supplied), SMEG fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, induction hob, toaster, complete set of household utensils, etc.), plenty of storage space (wardrobe, clothes hangers, cupboard).
Bed linen and towels are available for 4 people on arrival. đ Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly".
After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card.
This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat.
Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account.
Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund.

The Parc Paul Mistral, the lung of Grenoble is just a few minutes walk away! đ Getting around : The tram stop D "Maison Communale" is 2 minutes walk away, the tram stop C "Neyrpic-Belledone" (direct access to the university campus and the city centre) is 5 minutes walk away.

Le fait d'être à proximitÊ des commerces, pas besoin de se dÊplacer en voiture. Parking gratuit pour se garer. Jardin privatif et Wi-Fi qui fonctionne très bien. Nous avons apprÊciÊ ce sÊjour. Je recommande.
Le fait qu'il manquait des rideaux aux fenĂŞtres sachant qu'il est situĂŠ au RDC.
